 1.آپلائ کرنے کے بعد 3ما ہ (90 یوم) ویریفیکیشن پراسس ہے۔ جس کے دوران آپ کی چا ل چلن کے

بارے میں معلومات لی جائے گی اور جانچ پڑتا ل کی جائے گی۔

2 .اہلیت/ نا اہلیت کا انحصا ر ویریفیکیشن، بورڈ ممبران اور ڈئریکٹر کے متفقہ فیصلہ سے ہوگا۔

3 .اگر نا اہل قرار پائے تو جمع کرائی گئی رقم 3000 روپے ، فا ئل اور معضرت نامہ کے آپ کے حوالے

کر دیا جا ئے گا۔

4 .نا اہلی کی صورت میں در خواست گزار آپنا چا ل چلن درست کر کے 3 ماہ (90 یوم) کے بعد دوبارہ

درخواست دینے کا اہل ہوگا۔ وہ دوبارا درخواست جمع کروا سکتا ہے اس صورت میں ویریفیکیشن

پراسس 1 ماہ(30 یوم) ہوگا۔

5 .اگر آپ اہل قرار پا ئے تو PIN نمبر مع قرض کی اہلیت کے بارے بزریعہ خط آپ کو اطلا ع دی جائے

گی۔

6 .بلا سود قرضہ اسکیم کی ما ہانہ سکیورٹی/ کمیٹی ہر ماہ کی یکم تاریخ سے 5 تاریخ تک کبھی بھی جمع

کروائی جا سکتی ہے۔ وقت پر آدا کرنے پر ویریفیکیشن پوائنٹس میں اضافہ ہو گا۔

7 .5 تاریخ کے بعد جمع کروانے پر ویریفیکیشن پوائنٹ میں ایک عد د کی کمی واقع ہو گی جو آ پ کے

قرضہ کی حد پر اثر انداز ہو گی۔

8 .قرض کی درخواست قرض لینے والا یا اسکا جانشین خود جمع کروائے گا اور رسید حاصل کرے گا۔

9 .درخواست دینے کے 24 گھنٹے کے آندر COMMUNITY WELFARE SGجواب دینے کی پابند ہوگی۔

10 .درخوست گزاری کی فیس 300 روپے ہے۔ اس کے علاواہ کسی قسم کے کوئی چارجز نہین البتہ کارو

باری قرضہ کی صورت میں قرضہ لینے والا جتنا چاھے قسط کے ساتھ عطیا /ہدیہ دے سکتا ہے۔

11 .قرض کی واپسی کا تعین قرضہ لینے والے کی آمدن پر منحصر ہو گا تاہم 1000 روپے ماہانہ/ 

سکیورٹی/ کمیٹی ہر صورت ادا کرنا ہو گی۔

12 .دوران قرض ممبر شپ ختم نہیں کی جا سکتی۔ اس کے علاوہ جب چاہے ختم کی جا سکتی ہے۔ بصورت

دیگر ممبر شپ ختم کرنے کی درخواست دی جا سکتی ہے۔

13 .ممبر شپ ختم کرنے پر آپ کی آدا شدہ رقم پوری اپ کو واپس کی جاۓ گی۔ آپنے مرضی سے فلاح و

بہبود کے لیے جتنی چاہے عطیہ کر سکتا ہے۔

14 .کو ئی شخص جو بلا سود قرضہ اسکیم کا ممبر نہیں ہے۔ لیکن قرض نکلوانے کا خواہش مند ہے وہ

پری رجسٹریشن کے ذریعے قرض لے سکتا ہے۔

15 .COMMUNITY WELFARE SGاس بات کو ملحوظ خاطر رکھے گی کہ آپ کی جمع کروائ گئ رقم

ہمارے پاس آپ کی آمانت ہے آپ جب مرضی چاہئں ممبر شپ ختم کر سکتے ہیں۔

16 .اگر COMMUNITY WELFARE SGآپ کی جمع کروائ گئ رقم کو کاروبار میں لگاتی ہے تو وہ آپ کو

بتانے کی پا بند ہوگی۔ حاصل شدہ منافع کو فلاح و بہبود کے کسی کام میں لگا یا جاۓ گا۔

17 .کوئ ممبر جو کسی خاص کام میں عطیہ دینا چاہے دے سکتا ہے۔

18 .براہ کرم رقم جمع کرواتے وقت، قرض لیتے وقت، اور ممبرشپ ختم کرتے وقت رسید ضرور حاصل

کریں تاکہ بروقت ضرورت کام آسکے۔

19 .براہ کرم کسی بھی پریشانی سے بچنے کے لے اپنا PINنمبر ضرور یاد رکھیں۔
